Terms of use
These terms govern use of ShotKit, operated by Jingoo Suh(LSB Apps). Questions: llbnkorean@gmail.com.
The product
ShotKit frames screenshots you upload and prepares PNG files for App Store Connect and Google Play. You are responsible for the screenshots, headlines, and store listings you submit. A watermarked export is a preview. A paid release or lifetime purchase removes the watermark for the scope you bought.
Accounts
When a sign-in email is sent, you are responsible for that inbox. Otherwise sign-in stays on the browser that asked for it. Purchases attach to the email signed in at checkout. Opening one on a new device needs the restore code from the receipt.
Prices and payment
A release is $9 for one project. Lifetime is $49 for every project on the account. Prices are in USD before tax. Card and USDC are charged at checkout, and tax may be added there.
Refunds
If a paid export fails and you have not downloaded a clean zip, email llbnkorean@gmail.com within 14 days and we will refund the charge or unlock the project. Files you have already downloaded are otherwise final.
Acceptable use
Do not upload screenshots you do not have rights to use, and do not use ShotKit to infringe a store’s rules or someone else’s trademark. We may close an account that abuses sign-in or checkout.
Warranty and liability
The studio is provided as-is. Store rules change, and a size that is accepted today can be revised by Apple or Google. To the extent the law allows, Jingoo Suh(LSB Apps) is not liable for lost sales, rejected listings, or indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under California law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in California are the venue, except where a consumer protection law requires otherwise.
